IMPORTANT NOTICE

This method of accessing the SIUMED network is being phased-out. SIU authorized users running Windows or Mac OSX should use a VPN connection for secure and full access to campus resources. Devices without VPN support may use the "SIUGUEST" network or wi-fi networks provided by our affiliated hospitals, where available. The guest network provides basic Internet connectivity and access to public (Internet accessible) SIU resources.

Patients and guests should use the "SIUGUEST" network or may use the guest wi-fi networks provided by our affiliated hospitals, where available.

This legacy service will remain available until wi-fi network upgrades are completed at Springfield Family Practice and Decatur Family Practice.

SIU users should contact their departmental computer support personnel for assistance with accessing the wireless network
